De M33 en de NGC 604

De M33 is een spiraalstelsel met mag.(B) 6.3 met een grote van liefst 65.6’ x 38.0’en de PA = 23°

De NGC 604 diffuus neveltje met een grote van 1.5 boogminuten.

De M33 is gemakkelijk zichtbaar in de zoeker en net haalbaar met het blote oog.

Bij 75x toont de nevel diffuus aan met een ovalen vorm en een zwakke kernverheldering.

De nevel waaiert grensloos uit en vertoont zwakke verhelderingen die verspreid liggen over het oppervlak.

De hoofdnevel verdraagt geen groter verhoudingen met dit instrument, maar om details uit te halen zoals de NGC 604 ga ik tot 120x.

Het diffuus neveltje is te zien als een klein ovaal schijfje, scherp begrenst met lichte verheldering naar het centrum toe.

The NGC 604 diffuse nebula with a size of 1.5 arc minutes.

The M33 is a huge galaxy an easy to find with the naked eye. By 75x the nebula shows diffuse, with a oval shape and a core that brighten a little.

The edges are smooth and runs over undetected in the dark background. The nebula is somewhat patchy and gently brighter toward the centre.

A bigger magnification with this telescope of the M33 is useless there you look straight true.

Only when you want to observe the NGC 604 you need to push up the power.

By 120x this little diffuse nebula is oval shaped, the edges are sharp and the centre is a little bit brighter.
